If you are unable to attend the conference, substitutions are allowed at no additional charge with prior notice. For cancellations, a full refund (excluding any applicable administration fees as per relevant regulations and laws) will be provided if written notice is received at least 10 days before the event. Cancellations made within the last 10 days before the event are non-refundable.
